About the role

Peregrine Deployment Strategists work on-site with front-line institutions and executive leaders to turn chaotic operational environments into data-driven action, embedding deeply in mission-critical contexts and driving rapid product and operational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Embed on the front lines with world-shaping institutions to internalize high-stakes challenges and accelerate operational velocity
  • Engineer dynamic, mission-critical systems by building robust data models, live pipelines, and automated intelligence workflows using Peregrine’s platform
  • Invent and prototype visionary solutions to revolutionize partner leadership and decision-making
  • Bridge technical problem-solving with executive storytelling for mission-defining initiatives
  • Forge trust and credibility in technology-resistant environments through flawless execution
  • Fuel platform evolution by linking field operations with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to convert frontline breakthroughs into scalable software
  • Pioneer Peregrine’s expansion into new sectors and domains
  • Travel regularly to stand with partners where it matters most
  • Live and work in settings where the mission happens, with on-site collaboration+

Qualifications

  • 2–6+ years of mission-driven technical execution in client-facing environments deploying enterprise platforms, engineering data systems, or tackling complex high-stakes technical challenges with Federal Agencies
  • Strong data engineering and technical rigor with SQL and Python; ability to build, optimize, and scale complex data pipelines, system integrations, and real-time workflows
  • Relentless bias for action and high-velocity problem-solving in fast-moving, high-gravity environments
  • Inspiring communication to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from data engineers to agency heads
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Presence & Velocity: willingness to be in office 4+ days/week at LOCATION site and travel ~50% of the time, often on short notice
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (required)
