About the role

AI copilot for construction estimators. Fresco is solving housing cost prediction. This is a full-time, in-person CSM role based in San Francisco, reporting to the CEO and working with senior leadership to drive retention and customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers access the value they’ve paid for and drive retention
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to surface and fix product weaknesses identified by customers
  • Direct interaction with customers including estimators and executives (VP of Operations)
  • Maintain organized tracking of customer issues and tickets related to fixes
  • Contribute to shaping Fresco's CS playbook and processes
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Participate in on-site, in-person role from 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in customer success or related role
  • Exceptional with people and strong empathy
  • Product-minded with ability to distinguish user error vs product issues
  • Clear, direct communicator comfortable with varied stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • US-based only (visa requirement)
  • Willingness to work in San Francisco, CA in-person
