About the role

Technical Consultant to scope custom technical and consulting projects, build custom solutions, coordinate with Technical Services, and deliver projects for clients. Works across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate client needs into technical solutions and to manage implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Scope custom technical and consulting projects and translate client needs into technical solutions
  • Build custom solutions and coordinate with the Technical Services team
  • Deliver on projects for clients and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kick-off to handover to support (mainly on strategic accounts)
  • Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients and facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs, 3rd party apps)
  • Support automation and design repeatable solutions to improve efficiency
  • Work with sales and development teams to design and implement solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and project plans
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations
  • Develop repeatable processes and contribute to knowledge base
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystem to strengthen services and deliver platform audits
  • Present value proposition to prospects and external developers to encourage integrations
  • Master product offerings and integration possibilities (Workato, data lake, flat files, APIs)
  • Support clients with basic requests via ticketing after onboarding

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar external stakeholder-facing roles (customer-facing background preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
  • Strong programming skills (Java, Python, or Ruby)
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
  • Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, structured, analytical working style
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum is a plus
