About the role
Procurement Specialist (PS) provides parts procurement for maintenance requirements, restocking and forecasted needs, vendor negotiations, and interface with internal customers (Technical Advisors). The role involves supply chain integration, cost reduction, supplier management, and supporting after-hours AOG and shift rotation.
Responsibilities
- Reduce costs, facilitate increased sales, deliver superior customer service and provide a one-stop supply chain solution to support the Technical Advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of High School Diploma or GED and 5 years’ experience in aviation related procurement and inventory control
Skills
