About the role

Senior Product Designer at Reactor, building the inference platform for real-time world models. Own end-to-end product design from problem definition to post-launch iteration, shaping interfaces for web and mobile, and contributing to design system, research, and brand assets.

Responsibilities

  • Own product design end-to-end: problem definition, exploration, execution, and post-launch iteration
  • Design experiences across web and mobile contexts
  • Build and maintain our design system: components, tokens, and documentation
  • Prototype rapidly using Figma and AI-assisted tools to validate ideas before committing to build
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship high-quality work, fast
  • Run lightweight user research and incorporate feedback into design decisions
  • Occasionally support brand, pitch decks, and visual assets as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven track record shipping product work. Live and loved designs to show
  • Deep experience with design systems: components, tokens, and collaborating with engineers to maintain them
  • Strong end-to-end feature ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Craftsperson’s eye for typography, spacing, color, motion, and visual detail
  • Comfort with rapid prototyping and "vibe coding" using modern tools
  • User research instincts: talk to users, test assumptions, and let data inform design decisions
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and align cross-functional teams
  • Accessibility awareness baked into the process
