About the role

Reactor is hiring an early BD hire to own partner relationships and drive agreements from handshake to signature, with direct exposure to founders and influence over product direction.

Responsibilities

  • Contracting: Take agreements from handshake to signature. Work with legal, finance, and ops to land terms that hold up, and keep the process quick.
  • Account management: Own a set of partner relationships. Understand what each partner is building and what they need from us, then bring that back to the teams who can deliver it.
  • Renewals and growth: Know your accounts well enough to see a renewal or an expansion coming long before it lands on a calendar.
  • Strategic partnerships: Build a real view on where the market is going and who we should be talking to. Run the outreach yourself and carry the good conversations through to launch.
  • CRM: Own our system of record. Pipeline decisions get made off what you keep, so keep it honest.
  • Reporting: Run the weekly review. Say plainly what moved, what is stuck, and what needs a decision.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years in business development, partnerships, or a comparable commercial role.
  • Organized to a fault; reliable with commitments and calendar.
  • Comfortable with reviewing agreements and identifying misalignments.
  • Clear, concise written communication; warm with partners, direct with the internal team.
  • Proactive, action-oriented; capable of taking initiative in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Mandarin is a plus, not required.
