About the role

Operational backbone of the Healthcare Product Marketing team responsible for designing, coordinating and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder GTM programs across developer ecosystems, partner collaborations, and field-facing moments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM Program Operations: Own end-to-end program management for Healthcare Product Marketing initiatives, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and success metrics from concept through execution and post-program analysis.
  • Drive Field Activation Programs: Program manage field activation of Product Marketing narratives and content across field-facing moments, ensuring strong co-marketing narratives with partners.
  • Support Executive and Partner Engagements: Lead the operational foundation for high-touch executive and partner experiences including VIP Summits, Executive Briefing Center programs, and industry roundtables.
  • Orchestrate Developer Community Programs: Orchestrate developer community programs (hackathons and healthcare-specific DLI workshops), ensuring access to content, curriculum, and technical environments.
  • People Management: Lead program managers on the team, providing mentorship, vision, and skill growth to deliver end-to-end programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business or healthcare field.
  • 8+ years of overall relevant experience in program management, project management, and delivery.
  • 4+ years of experience leading a team and delivering programs.
  • Operational Excellence: proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes programs.
  • Partner Facing Engagement: track record of building GTM programs with healthcare or life sciences partners.
  • Stakeholder Management: strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Passion for healthcare and NVIDIA platforms for healthcare AI.
