About the role

Product Enablement Lead at Glean responsible for bridging Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement to translate launches and complex product capabilities into field-ready narratives, workflows, and trainings, and to design an AI-first, always-on enablement system that supports revenue impact across GTM teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes, specs, and technical documentation into “what this means for the field” guidance: when to use new capabilities, which personas and use cases to target, and what proof points and stories to lean on.
  • Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams (initially Sales, with potential expansion to SEs/SAs, Customer Outcomes, Support, Partnerships) covering launches, core product foundations, advanced AI capabilities, and platform‑level narratives.
  • Design and deliver high‑impact enablement sessions on new features, packages, and workflows with active practice, demos, and real customer scenario application.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Competitive, Sales, Technical Enablement, and Customer Outcomes to ensure GTM readiness for Tier 1 and Tier 2 releases with clear talk tracks, demo flows, objections, and enablement bundles.
  • Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, deal coaching, and manager enablement through collaboration with Field and Technical Enablement peers.
  • Design and operate an AI‑first “launch‑to‑enable” loop to convert product changes into structured launch briefs, role‑based guidance, and in‑flow practice using Glean and agents.
  • Collaborate with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI‑powered enablement surfaces delivering just‑in‑time coaching in GTM tools.
  • Champion and co‑designer of the AI‑first enablement system via 30/60/90‑day MVPs and field feedback feeding into the AI enablement roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS go‑to‑market roles such as product enablement, sales/revenue enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering, or similar with heavy product ownership and field interaction.
  • Proven ability to translate complex, technical, or AI‑heavy product concepts into simple, compelling narratives, talk tracks, and trainings used in the field.
  • Strong familiarity with modern value‑based sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC) and alignment of product stories to business problems and outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, retrieval‑augmented generation, knowledge graphs, security/permissions) and curiosity about how Work AI changes selling and workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools to design, deliver, or scale enablement (draft curricula, interactive labs, self-serve Q&A, agent‑assisted certifications).
  • Strong project and program management skills, ability to juggle multiple launches, stakeholders, and content streams with clear timelines and success metrics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast release cadences, prioritizing essential field needs over nice‑to‑have features.
  • Systems thinker who can design durable, AI‑powered enablement experiences rather than one-off trainings.
