About the role

Forward Deployed Engineer who will embed with customers to understand technical challenges, design and implement solutions on Reform’s platform, and drive continuous optimization and integration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete lifecycle of high-stakes projects—from initial architecture and design to deployment and continuous optimization.
  • Engage deeply with customer executives and teams to translate business needs into actionable technical strategies and integrate solutions seamlessly.
  • Become a power user of Reform’s platform and design, build, and deploy solutions—including integrations and new features—to address customer needs.
  • Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure customer and field insights drive product strategy.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and deliver direct support to ensure product reliability.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Interest in logistics or keen interest in learning.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships in a B2B setting.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in a customer-facing engineering role.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing code in Python, Node, and Next.js, with a solid grasp of data-driven architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience with client engagements, rapid prototyping, or iterative solution delivery is a plus.
