About the role

Full-time remote role for QualGent, a YC-backed AI software company. Role description centers on bridging design and development with a focus on fast, high-quality live web assets and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, Web design
  • Landing Page Iterations: from founder vision to live, coded, conversion-optimized page in a single day
  • Social & Release Packaging: translate technical feature releases into engaging posts for leadership audiences
  • Product Demo & Video Assets: rapid motion graphics and walkthroughs for new features
  • Technical Content & Case Studies: deep-dive blog posts and documentation for technical buyers
  • Competitor 'Takedown' Assets: maintain live comparison pages against legacy mobile testing tools

Qualifications

  • Experience: Any (new grads ok)
  • Coding (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Next.js/React, Tailwind CSS)
  • Design (e.g. Figma, Framer)
  • Motion Graphics & Video (e.g. Hera AI, Veo from Gemini)
  • Core metric oriented: time-to-value mindset for feature releases
