About the role

Role in Strategy & Ops focusing on day-to-day execution and management of the Records Retrieval Team, including hiring/training, process design, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product.

Responsibilities

  • Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles
  • Define and track performance of the Records Team, in aggregate and individually
  • Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers
  • Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team
  • Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume
  • Build operational improvements (Dashboards, Zapiers, Retool, etc.) to streamline tracking and visibility
  • Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations

Qualifications

  • A top-tier operator with 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries
  • Possess a strong, analytical mind, informed by data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch
  • Technical or technical-adjacent: ability to build quick automations, tooling and dashboards, or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communicator with the records team to improve performance
  • Meticulously organized — thrives in creating processes and improving visibility across the organization
