About the role

Role within Strategy & Ops focusing on building and scaling the Records Retrieval Team, owning day-to-day execution, hiring/training, process design, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and leadership at Codes Health.

Responsibilities

  • Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles
  • Define and track performance of the Records Team, in aggregate and individually
  • Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers
  • Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team
  • Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume
  • Build operational improvements (Dashboards, Zapier, Retool, etc.) to streamline tracking and visibility
  • Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries
  • Strong analytical mind informed by data-driven decisions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and starting from scratch
  • Technical or technical-adjacent: ability to build quick automations, tooling and dashboards, or eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous organizational skills and ability to create processes and improve visibility
