About the role

Remote, full-time role for B2B Workplace support at Clipboard, a YC-backed remote-first healthcare staffing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Workplace customers over voice and email
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support across voice and email, resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
  • Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log internal notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate only when necessary
  • Develop deep product/process expertise to identify recurring issues or process gaps and improve customer experience and internal operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to gather information and ensure issues are resolved effectively
  • Uphold Clipboard values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and high standards in every interaction

Qualifications

  • No specific degree required
  • Experience level: Any (new grads ok)
  • Strong communication in professional English (spoken and written)
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving and accountability
