About the role

Remote, full-time role supporting Workplace customers (B2B) for Clipboard. Focus on fast, empathetic, and effective support to healthcare facilities, across voice and email, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Workplace customers over voice and email
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and empathetic support across shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
  • Navigate tools like Zendesk and the Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log internal notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment to troubleshoot, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate when necessary
  • Develop deep product/process expertise to identify recurring issues or gaps and improve customer experiences and internal operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to resolve issues
  • Uphold Clipboard values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and high standards in every interaction

Qualifications

  • No specific degree required
  • Experience level: Any (new grads ok)
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer-centric mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • High accountability and ability to deliver results
