About the role

Remote-first, full-time role supporting healthcare facilities (Workplace/B2B) to deliver better care, handling shift, payment, and platform-related issues for Workplace customers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Workplace customers over voice and email
  • Deliver fast, accurate, empathetic support across voice and email, resolving shift, payment, and platform-related issues in real time
  • Navigate tools like Zendesk and Clipboard portal to investigate cases, update form fields, log clear internal notes, and maintain documentation
  • Apply sound judgment and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues, follow or adapt workflows, and escalate only when necessary
  • Develop deep product/process expertise to identify recurring issues or gaps and improve customer experience and internal operations
  • Work cross-functionally with Billing, Account Management, and Worker Operations to gather information and resolve issues
  • Uphold Clipboard values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and high standards in every interaction

Qualifications

  • No specific degree required
  • Experience level open to all (including new grads)
  • Strong communication skills in professional English (spoken and written) with a customer-centric mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving and high accountability
