About the role

The Senior Workforce Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with external vendors, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar positions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including vendors, job boards, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screen and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure consistent candidate flow
  • Track and report hiring progress, pipeline status, and challenges
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements
  • Maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Support onboarding activities when needed (documentation, joining coordination, etc.)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or mass hiring
  • Experience in managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantage
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
