  • Keep the Store Running Smoothly: process transactions, manage guest expectations, unpack inventory, and support daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Guest-Centric Mindset: passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service and community engagement.
  • Own Your Impact: self-motivated, responsible, enjoys solving problems and finding smart solutions.
  • Disruptive Evolution: willingness to challenge the status quo and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in local language (e.g., German) and English.
  • Flexibility: ability to work key retail periods (e.g., Black Friday and holiday season) and lift up to 30 lbs.
