About the role

Technical Product Manager responsible for roadmaps and execution across Snorkel AI’s Infrastructure organization (Core Services, Developer Experience, Security), focused on internal platforms, data infrastructure, and security systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop quarterly roadmaps for Core Services, Developer Experience, and Security.
  • Translate business scaling, security, and functional needs into prioritized infrastructure projects.
  • Manage dependencies across pods and partner teams; ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Interface between Infrastructure org and consumers (engineering, data science, analytics, GTM, customer success) to translate requirements.
  • Drive adoption of infrastructure services and SDKs; track adoption metrics and onboarding.
  • Coordinate cross-pod foundational initiatives (unified data access library, event bus rollout, Auth0 migration).
  • Define and track metrics across pods (latency, CI/CD metrics, security remediation, encryption, cost per workload).
  • Provide regular leadership reports on health, delivery, and risk; identify staffing gaps."
  • Own infrastructure cost visibility and optimization; manage inference cost across org.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in infrastructure, platform, or developer tools PM roles.
  • Strong technical fluency with understanding of data platforms, event buses, RBAC, and security concepts.
  • Experience with compliance programs (SOC 2, FedRAMP, GDPR) and translating audit requirements into engineering work items.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and breadth across platform, data, developer tooling, and security domains.
  • Experience working with small, high-leverage engineering teams.
