Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information to customers and ensure appropriate sale of medicines
  • Take responsibility for pharmaceutical product descriptions on Amazon.co.jp site
  • Verify shipment operations for medicines and medical devices
  • Provide safety and health guidance at the fulfillment center and engage in safety activities
  • Comply with薬機法 (Pharmaceutical Affairs Law) and related regulations
  • Assess whether customer inquiries regarding symptoms allow for medication use
  • Provide medication guidance and information to ensure proper use
  • Determine the scope of information to provide to each purchaser of medicines
  • Receive complaints or consultations about adverse drug reactions from purchasers
  • If applicable, advise seeking medical consultation when over-the-counter options are insufficient
  • Maintain after-sales care for purchasers through communication, including adverse reaction consultations
  • Report to PMDA as needed

Qualifications

  • 薬剤師免許の資格を有していること
