About the role

Pharmacist position at Amazon’s pharmaceutical-dedicated logistics center in Osaka, Japan. Responsible for information provision to customers, proper sale assessment, and compliant selling under薬機法 (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act) with an emphasis on supporting self-medication through accurate guidance and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Customerへ正しい情報提供と適正販売を行う。
  • Amazon.co.jp上の医薬品商品説明に責任を持つ。
  • 医薬品、医療機器等の出荷業務を確認する。
  • 物流センターにおける安全および衛生に関する助言および安全衛生活動を実施する。
  • 薬機法関連法規の遵守
  • 問い合わせがあったお客様の症状により、お客様の求めている医薬品の服用可否の判断を行う。
  • 医薬品を適正に使用するための服薬指導、情報提供を実施する。
  • 医薬品の購入者ごとに提供すべき情報の範囲を判断する。
  • 医薬品の購入者から、医薬品副作用の苦情や相談を受け付ける。
  • 一般用医薬品で対応できないと判断した場合、医療機関への受診を勧める。
  • コミュニケーションを通じ、副作用相談など、購入者のアフターケアを実施する。
  • 必要に応じてPMDAへの報告を実施する。
  • 60% 医薬品に関するプロジェクトにおいて医薬品適正販売の判断
  • 30% Customerとのコミュニケーション
  • 10% CSチームとのCustomer対応に関するコミュニケーション

Qualifications

  • 薬剤師免許の資格を有していること
  • 6か月以上の就業経験あり
