About the role

AI-native voice agent platform for consumer lending; hands-on, client-facing engineering role translating real-world requirements into production AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer-specific requirements and compliance constraints into robust, testable logic
  • Write tools and backend integrations that allow agents to interface with external systems (APIs, CRMs, payment platforms, etc.)
  • Tune latency, responsiveness, and voice quality using platforms like OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram
  • Design A/B tests to optimize business outcomes and regulatory adherence

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of building software in TypeScript or Python
  • Experience building and consuming APIs
  • Have experience working with AI systems, orchestration frameworks, or LLM evaluation tools
  • Excited by in the unique challenges of building low-latency, interruptible real-time voice systems
  • Are motivated by delivering measurable impact in regulated, high-trust domains like finance or healthcare
  • Enjoy operating close to the customer and iterating quickly based on live data and feedback
  • Want to be part of a high-ownership, execution-focused team solving meaningful problems
