About the role

Senior technical and strategic developer relations lead focused on engaging developer ecosystems in Sovereign AI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, and AI models. Champions adoption of NVIDIA technologies with partners, government and enterprise customers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI and AI Models for multimodality data & models; serve as trusted technical advisor and champion for the developer ecosystem in Sovereign AI.
  • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.
  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources (sample code, guides, demo pipelines) to accelerate Sovereign AI adoption and co-innovation.
  • Map and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities; collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.
  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges; use regular syncs to track adoption and surface field insights to NVIDIA product teams.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Sovereign AI technology and use cases enabling governments and enterprise adopters.
  • Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to product teams.
  • Collaborate with NVIDIA partner managers, solution architects, industry BD managers, local/regional Sovereign AI entities, sales and marketing.
  • Travel as needed to support partners and achieve objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technology industry (software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management) including 5+ years in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM in Enterprise-scale ISV software development or government workflows.
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major technology companies or ISVs, or relevant verticals.
  • Significant technical depth in Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs and VLM software across domains (smart cities, healthcare, citizen services, robotics, cloud/AI/ML) and contributions to product integrations and libraries.
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams (architectural design, code reviews, mentorship, technical talks/workshops).
  • Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements; negotiate requirements; prioritize issues; collaborate with internal/external teams (sales, legal, product, marketing).
  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives; end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.
  • Strong project management skills to plan, prioritize, and drive multiple projects with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on software architecture design, implementation and programming experience.
  • Passion for AI with continuous learning, self-driven, outcome-oriented, and empathetic to developers.
