About the role

Freelance, remote contract role in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, focused on creating advanced QA content in Brazilian Portuguese for AI benchmarking on complex linguistic and literary topics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced, open-ended questions grounded in realistic, real-world scenarios related to linguistic ambiguity, dialectal variations, literary interpretation, and the evolution of the Portuguese language
  • Provide in-depth, accurate, and well-structured answers supported by strong domain knowledge
  • Incorporate Brazil-specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant
  • Design content that requires critical thinking, nuance, and multi-step reasoning
  • Ensure clarity, precision, and consistently high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Follow detailed project guidelines and meet agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Use of AI tools to generate answers or questions is strictly prohibited.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)
  • PhD in a relevant field (required)
  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated expertise through academic background and/or industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a guideline-driven environment
