About the role

Brazilian Portuguese Law & Ethics SME contract role for the TrainAI project in Brazil. Develop advanced, open-ended Q&A content grounded in real-world scenarios, with strong domain knowledge and high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese. Remote, part-time freelance engagement with paid training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced, open-ended questions grounded in realistic, real-world scenarios related to law and ethics, constitutional and administrative law, human rights, public policy, professional and regulatory ethics, governance, and social justice within the Brazilian market
  • Provide in-depth, accurate, and well-structured answers supported by strong domain knowledge
  • Incorporate Brazil-specific cultural, social, and regulatory context where relevant
  • Design content that requires critical thinking, nuance, and multi-step reasoning
  • Ensure clarity, precision, and consistently high writing quality in Brazilian Portuguese
  • Follow detailed project guidelines and meet agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Use of AI tools to generate answers or questions is strictly prohibited.

Qualifications

  • PhD in a relevant field (required)
  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)
  • Demonstrated expertise through academic background and/or industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured manner
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality output in a guideline-driven environment
