About the role

Technical Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles from sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
  • Proactively source and engage engineering and technical talent (software, AI/ML, infrastructure) with high outbound volume.
  • Move candidates through the process fast; run lean stages while maintaining quality.
  • Partner directly with the CEO and hiring managers to define success for each role and calibrate quickly.
  • Build and maintain a live pipeline with continuous candidate flow.
  • Handle offers, negotiate, and close; act as a closer.
  • Identify gaps in process and fix them without being asked.
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized candidate records in ATS (Ashby).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; startup experience required.
  • Proven track record hiring engineers: software, AI/ML, or similar technical roles.
  • High-volume sourcer capable of generating outbound pipeline consistently.
  • Experience closing skeptical candidates and selling a vision.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and a CEO deeply involved in hiring.
  • In-office presence required 4 days a week.
