About the role

Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth in Poland for X, overseeing direct advertisers and agency partnerships, with a focus on agency trading agreements, performance-driven sales, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow X’s revenue in Poland
  • Build and expand relationships with top brand advertisers and media agencies
  • Drive new business development while scaling existing strategic accounts
  • Lead commercial conversations including agency trading agreements and negotiations
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy, media planning, and performance solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Solutions Managers to ensure flawless campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent X at key industry events and within the Polish advertising ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5-8 years of digital ad sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Strong experience managing both direct clients and media agencies
  • Proven involvement in or exposure to agency trading agreements
  • Deep understanding of the Polish digital advertising ecosystem
  • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics, and performance marketing
  • Fluency in Polish and English
