About the role

Role focused on maximizing store operations efficiency aligned with retail business trends. Communicates across departments, assesses and improves operational processes, and supports reporting and systems usage to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports for sales analysis to maximize sales with cross-team collaboration.
  • Act as the communication hub between retail team and various departments to enable effective collaboration.
  • Work with Finance and IT to resolve store operations issues (POS, inventory management, tax exemption procedures) and improve efficiency.
  • Regularly visit stores and collaborate with District Managers to evaluate and improve operations.
  • Understand systems used in store operations (POS, SAP, traffic counters) and optimize usage by staff as needed.
  • Analyze shipment trends of shoppers and gift materials to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Plan and coordinate setup for new stores or relocations, arranging office furniture, supplies, and materials as required.
  • Manage stock housekeeping, optimize store inventory with MD team, conduct stock counts per company standards.
  • Arrange store maintenance (cleaning, repairs) and track progress.
  • Create guidelines and manuals necessary for operation optimization.
  • Handle multi-faceted administrative tasks including invoicing and various applications.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across departments and store staff.
  • Strong analytical ability to understand retail business and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient PC skills: Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and self-management skills for multitasking.
  • Attention to detail and proactive follow-up ability.
  • Willingness to actively engage in operational improvements.
