About the role

Bilingual Guest Services Representative - Seasonal providing French and English support across multiple channels, focusing on guest needs, product knowledge, and After-Sales support for Arc’teryx in Vancouver, BC. Temporary fixed-term role for 5 months beginning November 2, 2026, with potential hybrid work depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Providing bilingual customer service support by interacting with guests in both French and English across multiple channels (phone, email, web reviews, live chat)
  • Utilizing Arc’teryx Guest Services and After-Sales procedures to answer inquiries about products, features, and repair
  • Managing workload with respect to service level goals
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Processing manual orders with care and accuracy, supporting guests through complex solutions
  • Providing high-quality, guest-centric interactions and embracing coaching/feedback
  • Taking ownership of guest concerns from start to finish with timely follow-up and resolution
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both French and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Knowledge of or experience using Arc’teryx or other outdoor brand products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive in communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data/order entry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to identify root causes and develop solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Passion for work and the outdoors
