About the role
Speakeasy is building an AI control plane for enterprises to securely scale AI usage, with a focus on MCPs, Skills, and Assistants, fine-grained permissions, threat detection, and full observability. The role is to design and ship security-focused features, improve risk policies, and strengthen identity integrations within an early, high-impact product.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship features that enforce enterprise security policies around MCP usage and access.
- Improve and fine tune our risk policy system, including deterministic and prompt-based policies using LLM-as-a-judge techniques.
- Deepen our integrations with identity providers and stay up to date on the latest developments in agent identity.
- Collaborate on hardening our own security posture.
Qualifications
- Experience shipping features on products used by security teams
- Ability to learn quickly and work across the stack from backend to frontend
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents
- Ability to work in person in our San Francisco Office
