About the role

WHS Manager to lead a comprehensive safety program, partnering with Operations to integrate safety into daily operations, drive data-driven risk reduction, build a high-performing WHS team, and elevate safety culture across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Global WHS Program at the site, partnering with Operations leadership to embed safety into daily operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and translate safety data into actionable strategies to reduce risk and improve productivity.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive safety leadership and innovation to set benchmarks in workplace safety and use data analytics to implement preventive measures.
  • Establish partnerships with Operations to influence strategic decisions with safety data and insights.
  • Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management
