About the role

Attorney to support North American Seller Business & Programs Team, providing day-to-day legal support, drafting/negotiating commercial agreements, and handling pre-litigation issues for Amazon's NA Seller initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to business teams and develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
  • Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
