About the role

INSLP (Security & Loss Prevention) is hiring an SLP Specialist to support growth of the “SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program” and help preventing losses via identification of abusive entity. The role provides security services, investigation and asset protection in designated area, collaborates with business and corporate stakeholders, and conducts end-to-end investigations and risk assessments to ensure network integrity and customer trust.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and follow-up of Loss Prevention Plan in MDR Concessions
  • Conducting SLP audits and implementing SOPs; Surprise checks and reports at Last Mile (LM) stations; Keeping plans and SOPs updated; Periodical documentation checks; Adhering to SLAs for the SLP MDR Concessions Abuse Program
  • Process review, gap analysis and implementation of improvements; Weekly, monthly and quarterly assessments; Loss prevention reporting; Handling stakeholder feedback; Following up CAPA; Recommending loss prevention initiatives based on on-ground intel
  • Work closely with SLP and CS teams to analyze loss trends; Weekly loss trend analysis; Conduct investigations with CS and support functions; Meeting weekly investigation targets; Submitting investigation reports; Sharing RCAs and PTG initiatives on shrink and unmet goals

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of security and loss prevention experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
