About the role

Speech AI Evaluation Specialist role based in Malaysia (remote) to evaluate Vietnamese-language AI content, involving short voice interactions, scenario-driven prompts, and objective feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
  • Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
  • Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
  • Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
  • Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.

Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Vietnamese
  • English proficiency: fluent or advanced (B2–C2)
  • AI & Data Capabilities (preferred): experience in machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation and quality assurance, and data annotation and labeling.
