Associate Product Manager
About the role
Clinikally is hiring an Associate Product Manager to own key initiatives and help scale a telehealth and marketplace platform for dermatology care in India, blending AI with expert care. The role focuses on bridging technology and real-world health needs, driving user-focused product improvements, and supporting AI-driven personalized recommendations.
Responsibilities
- User Obsession: Dive deep into user behavior and data to identify friction points and improve discovery for products across skin/hair care categories.
- Feature Ownership: Define and lead product enhancements and feature requirements to showcase high-efficacy products with a clear, science-backed value proposition.
- Launch and Learn: Support rollout of new features and monitor performance; use feedback to refine journeys for high-growth categories.
- Problem Solver: Troubleshoot daily platform challenges to ensure end-to-end experience from consultation to personalized treatment plan.
- Documentation and Coordination: Maintain high-quality product documentation and coordinate across departments for medical-grade skincare logistics and presentation.
- Direct Impact: Contribute to core AI models to improve personalized recommendations for hair growth supplements and skincare routines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field
- 0 to 1 year of experience in a technical, product, or data analyst role (new grads encouraged)
- Proactive, resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills with comfort using data to inform decisions
- Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering, design, and clinical experts
