Responsibilities

  • Define technical vision and execution strategy that align with company goals.
  • Balance shipping speed and product quality; implement lightweight, effective processes for software and vertical AI teams.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage a diverse team of ICs and tech leads; foster a collaborative, high-velocity engineering culture.
  • Stay at the cutting edge of AI coding; design systems, write code and review key PRs.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional software-engineering experience, 3+ years managing and leading multi-team orgs in high-growth startups.
  • Proven record scaling engineering organization from 0 -> 1 -> N in data intensive, vertical AI companies.
  • Strong, versatile technical background, experienced with full-stack dev, ETL, AI and distributed systems.
  • Comfort digging into systems with deep technology stacks.
  • Track record building inclusive, high-performance cultures that attract and retain top talent.
