About the role

Technical Lead role in the Analytics Squad to drive technical vision, coach developers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver high-quality SaaS platform features.

Responsibilities

  • be the point of contact for all technical topics from the squad (redirect as needed)
  • be the coach for the other developers of the squad (conduct performance reviews and career path assessments)
  • keep coding since management will take ~20% of your time
  • participate in monthly meetings with CTO and Engineering Director to discuss technical or organizational challenges
  • Within 3/6/12 month plans include supporting the squad’s goals, coaching engineers, leading performance reviews, sharing best practices, creating courses on the platform, defining product vision and technical direction, and joining cross-team initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as tech lead/mentor/coach for a SaaS software engineering team
  • Led technical initiatives in environments focused on performance, reliability, and accuracy with multi-month/quarter roadmaps
  • Significant full stack programming experience including Agile methodologies, SaaS architecture, and modern programming languages
  • Product-oriented mindset focused on customer experience
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
