About the role

Provisions Associates support the launch and day-to-day execution of the resort’s food and beverage program during opening years, emphasizing high-quality, thoughtfully delivered offerings across on-course service and temporary facilities in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch and day-to-day execution of the Provisions program across on-course service and temporary facilities.
  • Deliver a top-tier guest experience and assist with operational execution across multiple service touchpoints.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, evolving setting with a strong hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or guest service roles preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak golf season periods.
