About the role

Outside Operations Attendant supports daily golf operations by ensuring facilities, equipment, and guest areas are organized, clean, and prepared to deliver a seamless guest experience, while providing exceptional service to founders and guests.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests onto the property while providing world-class service
  • Shuttle golfers, bags, and caddies to and from the first tee
  • Greet golfers returning from the course, clean golf clubs, and assist with transporting and loading into vehicles
  • Always maintain clean and organized workspaces and storage areas
  • Assist in the operation of tournaments, outings, and events
  • Provide excellent customer services, professional advice and assistance to all guests
  • Ensure all Wild Spring Dunes policies and procedures are being followed
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Head Golf Professional

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
  • High school diploma required
  • Completed or enrolled in a 2- or 4-year degree program in Professional Golf Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • One year of customer service experience in the golf or hospitality industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties with minimal supervision
  • Can work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends
  • Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
