About the role

Head of Viral Social responsible for building and scale of AIOS's UGC-driven virality engine across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and creator-led channels. Own end-to-end UGC virality system, including sourcing creators, content quality, workflows, distribution, and partnerships. Hybrid/remote, senior role reporting to VP Growth and collaborating with AI Growth Lead and Ambassadors & Socials Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own the viral content engine: orchestrate a new system to improve viral social content across Fella and Bolt, ensuring content is optimized for reach while remaining compliant.
  • Scale UGC and creator supply: build and manage a structured pipeline of both creators and content outputs, ensuring a consistent flow of high-performing UGC.
  • Architect Distribution: create and coordinate a network of clippers, meme pages, repost accounts, and creator partners to amplify reach beyond owned channels.
  • Run the creative performance loop: constantly analyze performance, identifying winning patterns and feeding insights back into content creation and distribution.
  • Scale winners: unearth repeatable viral formats, then systematically scale them across creators, channels, and distribution paths.
  • Manage community and engagement: actively drive engagement across comments, shares, tags, and DMs to amplify reach and strengthen content performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in social media, UGC, creator marketing, or viral content at high-growth brands or startups.
  • Viral Taste: instinct for hooks, pacing, retention, captions, relatability, controversy, and platform-native behavior; ability to turn insights into repeatable formats that go viral.
  • Analysis: obsession with performance; data-driven testing of creators, hooks, formats, posting strategies, distribution channels.
  • UGC & Creator Operations: ability to source creators, brief effectively, manage deliverables, provide actionable feedback, build scalable UGC systems.
  • Founder vibes: proactive, fast-moving, hands-on; treat social channels as growth engines you own.
  • Strategy: balance execution with long-term thinking; understand platform shifts and distribution leverage.
  • Brand & Compliance Balance: understand health/weight-loss content constraints and maintain brand alignment.
