About the role
Role within the Strategy & Operations team focused on driving growth through client strategy or implementations, building scalable systems, and turning insights into actions across the consumer credit lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own a point of view on the biggest growth levers within your domain and drive high-leverage initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis through adoption.
- Build systems, playbooks, and capabilities that compound, including automation, tooling, workflow redesign, and scalable patterns for client escalations, integrations, or audits.
- Create analytical infrastructure and frameworks to enable self-diagnosis and empower ICs to own execution, reducing bottlenecks.
- Own the named outcomes of the team you join (Client Strategy or Client Implementations) and collaborate with product, compliance, and operations to drive wallet share, client relationships, or end-to-end integrations.
- For Client Strategy: build foundational systems to drive wallet share growth, provide insights to roadmap and GTM priorities, and manage a portfolio of client relationships.
- For Client Implementations: own client integrations end-to-end from contract review to first accounts placed, turning implementations into reusable infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Track record of owning operational outcomes end-to-end across strategy, operations, or consulting roles.
- Experience owning client relationships or client-facing delivery in a high-touch context.
- Ability to structure messy, incomplete data into actionable insights and quantify business impact.
- Experience driving outcomes that depend on cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.).
- Technical fluency to build automations and operational tools without requiring engineering support.
- Preference for candidates with experience at the intersection of strategy and execution, especially in high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or regulatory/compliance-heavy industries is a plus.
