About the role

Senior Account Program Manager in NVIDIA’s Creative Operations, responsible for day-to-day communications and operations between Creative staff and NVIDIA’s business units, ensuring timely delivery of quality creative products to internal clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead communications with internal clients and cross-functional teams to flesh out project scope, objectives, strategy, insights, deliverable requirements, and metrics
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and risks to ensure on-time delivery
  • Shepherd projects from briefing to delivery, including scope of work, project plans, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, status updates, QA and archiving
  • Align with internal partners to provide service to collaborators, set day-to-day workflow expectations, and gather campaign details for resource forecasts
  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed

Qualifications

  • 8+ years project management (high tech industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers
  • Highly collaborative, capable of building consensus and resolving complex issues within a project team
  • Agency experience preferred; experience working with creative personalities
  • Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to oversee large-scale programs at macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with creative, multimedia and web development processes and file formats
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; team oriented and able to work in a matrix organization and autonomously
  • Genuine interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., project tracking, automation platforms, data analysis tools) and willingness to integrate them into workflows
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
