About the role

AWS Elastic Block Store (EBS) is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define the vision and build the future of block storage on AWS. The role focuses on customer-facing features for EBS, partnering with engineers and leaders to operate one of the world’s largest distributed systems.

Responsibilities

  • Owns ownership of several critical customer-facing features for EBS
  • Define new features and solutions for EBS customers
  • Collaborate with Director of Engineering on product roadmap and resource allocation
  • Work with product marketing and business development on go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze user feedback and develop PR/FAQ for key use cases
  • Prepare for strategy meetings with VP on growth of the business
  • Engage with enterprise customers to gather insights for feature enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
  • Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design to market
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
