About the role

Senior Solution Architect at Amazon Ads, acting as the trusted technical partner for publishers to maximize advertising revenue. Bridges customer needs with product innovation, solving complex technical challenges across publishers, monetization, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical consultant for publisher customers, understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored advertising solutions
  • Collaborate with publishers, monetization specialists, and internal product and engineering teams to design and implement technical strategies
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers, providing clear explanations and sustainable solutions
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities, communicating these insights to our development teams
  • Develop actionable recommendations that help customers optimize their advertising performance and revenue

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional or military experience
  • 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • 5+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
  • Advertising industry experience including ad tech, ad serving and measurement, identity graphs, audience and contextual signals and targeting.
