About the role

HR Business Partner role providing full cycle HR support to Amazon Logistics operations in Brazil, combining strategic partnering with hands-on execution to drive people initiatives, employee engagement, and HR process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full cycle Human Resources support to Operations
  • Understand business goals and recommend HR policies/procedures to improve productivity and development
  • Monitor employee pulse to maintain high engagement
  • Coach and mentor at management level
  • Create and drive development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • Interface with all levels of the organization
  • Deliver innovative HR solutions and process improvements
  • Manage high volume workload with prioritization to deliver results
  • Maintain strong internal and external customer service focus

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of local labor law
  • Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment
  • Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client group
  • Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • HR work within an international, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment experience
