About the role

AVS is a paid B2B service that helps strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (Brand Specialist), you will own vendor relationships, develop short- and long-term growth strategies, manage annual Vendor Growth Plans, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-centric value and brand growth across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance.
  • Leverage insights to build strategic, customer-centric recommendations using Amazon programs to drive long-term benefits.
  • Drive local and EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and by managing stock in Fulfilment Centre.
  • Provide recommendations for brand marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion.
  • Plan, implement and manage promotional activities for Amazon events (e.g., Prime Day) and drive brand campaigns with vendors in collaboration with Amazon Advertising.
  • Help grow product selection by launching new products, onboarding them, ramping up, and improving discoverability; perform Walk The Store sessions, competitor benchmarking, and create enhanced content on detail pages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English (both minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working in a cross-functional or client-facing environment
