About the role

Coordinate non-inventory movement of new/used technology returns to Global RAD Operation sites worldwide, serving as the primary contact for reverse logistics tickets and driving customer experience through data-driven decisions and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (FBA, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers, IT Field Team).
  • Create narratives outlining findings on tickets/requests and update stakeholders at each step of the way.
  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
  • Lead initiatives to re-engineer business processes and identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive efficiency in Amazon’s transportation operations.
  • Escalate problems or variance to relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions.
  • Pull data from multiple databases (Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Develop performance metrics to drive business results.
  • Scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon tech teams creating/enhancing software systems and tools used.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly metrics and performance dashboards.
  • Understand business impact of trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
