About the role

Transportation representative to support Last Mile programs within Amazon Logistics, acting as a liaison between operators, third-party partners, and cross-functional teams to optimize transportation execution and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • NOC (Network Operation Center) is the central command and control center for Transportation Execution across the Amazon Supply Chain network. It ensures hassle free, timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers (FC) and from Amazon FCs to carrier hubs.
  • In case of any exceptions, NOC steps in to resolve the issue and keeps all the stakeholders informed on the proceedings.
  • Identify trends in network exceptions and automate processes or propose process changes to streamline operations involving network monitoring and significant analysis of network data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a MBA and experience in Excel (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
