About the role
Sales Operations Lead for the North America Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment. Combines sales operations execution with strategic business analysis to drive AWS ISV revenue and operational performance. Serves as a liaison across Sales Leadership, cross-functional teams, Sales Tech, Finance, and Global Sales Operations to shape ISV business strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted business partner to sales leadership
- Drive Annual Planning, Forecasting, Operational Strategy, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other sales performance processes
- Partner with sales leadership to execute strategic priorities and go-to-market plans
- Synthesize complex data sets from multiple teams to surface insights and trends for executive decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to identify critical business execution needs through deep analysis and ISV domain expertise
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
