About the role

First Enterprise Account Executive for DACH to lead 360Learning’s expansion into Germany, building foundations for long-term growth within a German commercial organization serving the Mid-Market segment.

Responsibilities

  • Win new enterprise customers (10,000+ employees) in the DACH region
  • Build a high-quality pipeline and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Combine strategic territory development with hands-on execution
  • Establish 360Learning as a trusted L&D partner across DACH
  • Collaborate with dedicated Solution Engineers, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and the broader German organization
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales objectives; forecast accurately; generate ideas to improve business performance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment with large accounts
  • Experience in SaaS industry
  • Track record of achieving 500k+ euros quotas
  • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive results
  • Growth mindset and lifelong learning attitude
  • Fluent English & German
  • Enthusiasm for Convexity environment
