About the role

Role based at mall booth focusing on customer service, basic retail operations, and supporting both business and individual customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all day-to-day booth operations.
  • Respond to inquiries from businesses inside Citystars Mall as well as external businesses using the PUDO service.
  • Manage business drop-offs, pickups, and cash-out transactions as needed.
  • Support new business sign-ups for Bosta services (no active sales pushing—assist walk-ins who express interest).
  • Assist individual customers (C2C) by preparing their packages, including wrapping, attaching flyers, adding detailed address tags, and scheduling the pickup.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all walk-in clients.
  • Handle occasional cash-out or settlement processes with partner businesses.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Comfortable handling simple financial transactions and settlements.
  • Able to manage booth operations efficiently and maintain a professional, helpful attitude.
